I'm in love with tofu!

Hey,

I loved todays dinner! I'm so in love with the tofu and I love basmati rice. (So much 'love')
The tofu is of 'Taifun' 'Pizza-Pizza'. It's so delicious!
To that I made 1 cup basmati rice and cut 2 tomatos, 4 small mushrooms and 1 carott.
I added a little bit tomato sauce because I like it better when it's not that dry.
It's the best dinner I've cooked that fast and easy.

The 80/10/10 diet

Hey y'all,

I want to show you a book which could be very helpful if you want to try out the 80/10/10 diet.
This means you eat 80% of cardohydrates, 10% proteins and 10% fat.
In this way 'fat' doesn't mean eating pizza, etc.
You can get your %s of fruits, nuts, vegetables, seeweeds and more.
The book is called "The 80/10/10 diets, Balancing Your Health, Your Weight, and Your Life, One Luscious Bite a a Time" by Dr. Douglas N. Graham.
I think this book could be very helpful because he also comes up with menu plans for summer, spring, autumn and winter!

It's a lot to read but I think it is worth!

I'm vegan

Hey everybody,

I love blogging, so I decided to share my life as a vegan with you!
This is not the only blog I run... I also have a Tumblr named 'Too much left to say' and another blogspot about my favorite person Lisa Ruocco.
I became vegan at the beginning of august 2013. This happend because I bumped at the Tumblr of 'Rice and Raw'. I asked her a lot about her vegan lifestyle and she inspiried me a lot! She showed me in a clear and serious way that being vegan is a very healthy way to live! And after some problems with my mom, at the beginning of turning vegan, I'm now a very happy one!
